Taylor Swift is playing with Chicagoan's emotions so hard right now!
Her team spent all day Monday painting a QR code on the side of a building using only TTPD and 13 designs. TTDP stands for Taylor's upcoming album dropping Friday called The Tortured Poets Department.
It is currently linking to a YouTube short page on Taylor's official YouTube page but is giving an ERROR!
