Parents in Jefferson Park had to cancel their son Japer's 10th birthday party this past weekend due to all the social-distancing we must do because of the Coronavirus. So, they got creative and organized a parade for Jasper instead! They called it "Jasper's Drive By Honky Tonky.' You must watch this video. It is absolutely adorable and got me a little choked up.
